职位职能:项目经理

职位描述:

岗位职责：
负责帮助澳大利亚总公司在中国进行项目的管理，资源开发、零部件采购，人员调动、与外国工程师的沟通和对接，以推进项目进展和完成。其中具体内容包括：

1. 帮助项目现场勘察和撰写报告，项目任务创建，时间安排，团队任务计划与协调，追踪和检查项目任务；
2. 始终跟进项目内容和进度；
3. 确保项目的质量满意度和准时交付；
4. 整理团队的工作指令和回顾；
5. 项目改进报告
6. 中国技术团队资源和和供应商资源的长期开发

职位要求：

1. 英语口语流利，能够与澳大利亚的工程师即上级进行无障碍沟通；英文书写流畅，可做一定量的文件翻译；
2. 有一定的工程类经验（倾向于重金属、塑料制造、水利工程类经验类别）
3. 具有管理、项目运营或者组织协调经验和才能
4. 熟练使用Word, Excel等各类办公软件；
5. 有团队合作能力；责任心强、能吃苦、为人忠诚
6. 能适应一定量的国内出差
7. 有实际项目管理或工业设备采购经验者优先
8. 3年以上工作经验，有外企工作经验者优先
9. 男性优先
