岗位职责：
1、协助IT经理做好集团IT各项工作；
2、协助IT经理维护集团各软硬件系统的正常运行；
3、对集团员工提供IT技术基础支持；
4、严格执行集团的各项IT制度规范；
5、落实日/周/月/季/年的例行维护工作；
6、做好系统维护日志的记录整理工作；
7、协助IT经理进行IT硬件设备的登记、编号等管理；
8、对最终电脑用户提供现场技术支持和培训；
9、完成公司领导交办的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1、大专或以上学历；
2、2年或以上工作经验，有四星级或以上酒店工作经验；
3、熟悉主流酒店运作系统及服务器虚拟化软件，能够在接到酒店汇报问题时可迅速判断问题起因，解决或协助系统供应商解决问题。
4、可接受偶尔轮班。
