Responsibilities:

To lead and supervise the overall performance of a merchandising / supply chain team to execute orders as per critical path deadlines and to track and report the key performance indicators (KPI) for the function.

- Provide guidance in resolving escalations and exceptions by communicating and negotiating with country merchandising teams, IS commercial teams and suppliers
- Delivering all business key performance indicators (KPI's), analyzing data, producing and managing action plans to address areas of underperformance to maximize service level
- Providing visibility on future shipments to different stakeholders in business highlighting all the potential risks
- Providing visibility on supplier performance on a periodic basis
- Identifying areas of improvement within existing workflows
- Accountable for performance review, career discussions and talent planning with team members in order to meet our People Promises
- Hold regular 121 with team to ensure issues are managed and addressed to according to needs
- Lead, coach, mentor and support my team
- Spend time in personal development
- Handle Ad-hoc and Special Projects
- To take up extra responsibilities


Requirements:

- At least 6-8 years in order management working for a buying house or an international retailer.
- Previous experience of working with logistics and supply chain, people management is essential.
- Good at managing performance and changes
- Good English communication both in oral and written
