岗位职责：（工作地点会在江门）
1、30-35岁，建筑电气相关专业大专以上学历，具有中级以上职称；
2、8年以上房地产工程现场管理经验或设计经验，熟悉建筑电气、智能建筑、电配电工程、市政工程的施工规范及报批手续；
3、具备良好的沟通能力，较强的工作责任心，工作敬业。

任职要求：
1、负责项目机电专业工程进度、技术质量、安全文明施工管理、成本控制等工作；以及各承建商、供货商协调管理工作；对项目机电专业技术质量工作负责。
2、 参与电气专业施工图纸的审核工作，并提出审图意见；
3、 负责解决机电专业施工中出现的重要技术问题并实施质量监督；
4、 配合合约招标工作，编制招标技术要求，参加施工单位和厂家考察，参加技术标的评审工作；
5、 参与机电的设计交底，领会设计意图，掌握技术要点；
6、 负责审核设计变更中有关电气专业技术方面的问题；
7、 参与组织电气专业工程的质量验收；
8、 进行施工过程日常的质量检查和监督；
