Job Description:

1) Develop Delta bath faucet & bathroom cabinet strategy and new product plan for China market

2) Align with global and international product strategy and roadmap.

3) Collect and analyze competitors' product information on a regular basis.

4) Prepare business analysis of proposed new products for Delta bath faucet & bathroom cabinet

5) Pricing and launch of new products of bath faucet & bathroom cabinet

6) Initiative and track national sales promotions.

7) Manage product assortment for different channels.

8) Support marketing communications and trade marketing team on advertising and promotion programs

9) Support product knowledge training and seminars

Qualification & Requirements:

1) BS/BA degree in a business related function;

2) More than 5 years product marketing experiences preferabaly in sanitaryware industry;

3) Good market commercial track record; in-depth knowledge about the market size, main competitor’s offering, competition, business mode and technology trend;

4) strategic thinking of product management and NPD;

5) result driven, logic thinking, and work well under pressure;

6) good communication skills and excellent English in oral and written.
