Job Duty 岗位职责
?Experience in establishing a customer service center, set up of related infrastructures,customer database, handbooks and guideline
? 具有成立客户服务中心经验，设立并管理相关系统基建、顾客数据库、服务手册及指引
?Developing and manage a team with high service quality and
financial expertise to provide top class service over the telephone or non-phone means
? 成立并管理一队具有金融专业之优质服务团队，透过电话及非电话途径提供优良顾客服务
?Managing the daily operations of the center, delivering highquality services to prestige customers,and ensuring high service standard by ongoing measurement
? 管理客户服务中心日常运作，向高端客户提供优良客户服务，并持续监察服务水平，确保服务质素
?Providing suggestion for continuous service improvement and implementing service enhancement programs to achieve operationalefficiency and service excellence
? 为持续提升服务水平提供意见及执行服务提升方案，以确保高效运作及优良服务水平
?Providing regular reports to management for service operations,analyzing customer feedback and suggestions, and identifying opportunities for service initiatives
? 定期向管理层提供服务运作报告，分析顾客反馈及意见，寻找提供崭新服务之机会
? Other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements 任职要求
?Degree holder or equivalent with at least 10 years relevantworking experience in Private Bank/Finance industry at a management level
? 持有大学学位及最少10年于私人银行/金融业相关管理工作经验
? Customer & result-oriented with good interpersonal and customer services skills
? 以顾客为先、以绩效为本，具备良好沟通及顾客服务技巧
?Possess an extensive experience of dealing with sales personnel at all levels on service and project delivery matters
? 具备与各级销售人员沟通技巧，与销售人员合作提供优良服务及推行业务项目
?Excellent communications skill in Putonghua and Cantonese. Fluency in English is an advantage
? 具备卓越的普通话及广东话沟通能力。操流利英语者将获优先考虑
? Energetic and passionate about customer interactions, self-motivated, work as a good team player with attention to details
? 富有活力，对顾客服务充满热诚，具备自我推动能力、良好团队精神、注意细节
