Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in solution of Pre-sales processes;
- Gather user requirement and recommend solutions at Pre-sales stage
- Responsible for technology updates and solution design to fulfill client’s requirement
- Presenting CRM solutions to meet customer requirements
- Demonstrate product capabilities through Proof of Concept (PoC)
- Prepare proposal presentation material;
- Maintain and improve Demo environment
Job Requirements:
- 5 years or above IT experience with at least 3 year(s) in pre-sales role
- Solid experience on pre-sales support activities (e.g. technical proposal preparation, PoC, demonstration and presentation)
- Hands-on experience in CRM solution with strong domain knowledge in 1 or more below areas:
? Sales Management
? Case Management
? Call Center Management
- Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is definitely a plus
- Strong ability to relate the products and solutions we provide to business value for clients.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, energetic and open-minded
- Willing and self-initiate to learn new technologies
- Good team player and able to coordinate with other team members
