内衣技术部经理/板房经理/Sample Room Manager(Underwear)-有纸样/开板/试身经验优先

工作职责：

1. 根据公司发展战略制定产品开发、技术发展计划，并领导技术部门实施;负责版型的开发规划，新版型的设计工作;
2. 负责板房日常工作计划安排（任务安排、板样发放），制板质量、进度跟进;
3. 负责制版技术标准建立及制版技术指导、培训;
4. 负责评版、审版、版型定位、及基本版型标准的建立;
5. 负责样品或大货版型工艺尺寸试穿确认，确认样、大货排版加放量确认;
6. 负责版房团队建设，及对（纸样、车版、排料、放码、工艺、资料室等）人员的绩效考核管理;对下属人员进行技术培训和指导，不断提高制版技术;
7. 负责工艺标准、工价标准等版房管理规范、标准、工作流程的制定;
8. 负责产品试身及试身效果的评估。
   

任职要求：　

1. 3年以上服装工作经验, 服装设计专业优先;
2. 熟悉内衣、胸围、紧身衣、内裤等系列产品的制版及相关工艺，并能独立制作内衣样版；
3. 对纸样设计、车版工艺、印花工艺、洗水工艺等服装制作各环节熟悉;
4. 沟通协调能力强、执行力强。具备较强的统筹规划能力；
5. 对人体结构比较了解，熟悉不同区域、消费年龄层的形体特点，对版型有独到的研究;
6. 对技术部员工进行技术指导，具备培养员工的能力和技巧.
