Our customer is a multinational company with a long and distinguished career dating back to 1905. We are leading in design, supply, and marketing of barrier protection products (protective gloves and attires) and services. Our products are on the job around the world, helping to protect workers in almost every industry, from aerospace and automotive to food processing and semiconductor manufacturing
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Design and establish company's financial planning, reporting and management processes and structure;
? Lead and direct the financial activities of the company, including financial and management accounts, financial planning, cost and budgets and financial reporting
? Define and implement the organization of the Finance department with appropriate, effective and reliable accounting systems. Ensure all financial transactions are accounted for and is available to support senior management decision making
? Supervise the General Ledger accounting work to ensure that all revenues and costs are correctly allocated and monitored.
? To clearly identify strategic issues, opportunities and issues linked to both the company’s overall objectives and that of financing function. Contributes to the achievement of the company objectives by providing advice and guidance on financial strategy.
? To ensure the Company meets its financial and legal responsibilities.
? To ensure audit compliance and full sign off from external auditors.
? Provide business partnership on the Brand's expansion plans in AP
? Produce company's monthly financial statements; Manage company's AP/AR;
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
? Above 10 years experience in international company, above 5 years experience in commercial business with FP&A or management role
? Strong corporate finance background, with experience as financial controller or director;
? Firm finance knowledge and strong business sense
? Commercially savvy with strong analytical and presentation skills
? Experience with financing processes;
? Local tax experience and knowledge;
? Highly effective written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
? Proven leadership skills to develop, lead, and coach a team
