Regional Sales Director - Asia/Pacific
Are you experienced in creating and executing a winning strategy through comprehensive understanding of the Asia/Pacific market for industrial instrumentation? Then you could be the Director for capitalizing the growth potential for PR electronics in the Asian and Pacific markets.
This position requires a fair combination of strategic flair and operational aptitude. You must feel comfortable working at both levels and under¬stand that PR electronics is an organization where leaders ’walk the talk‘ and lead by example.
The job
Ensure all your employees are trained to achieve success in their respective roles.
Continuously interrogate relevant KPI’s and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Develop and follow strategic and operational business plans for each country and implement corporate procedures for each country in the region.
Monthly reporting to Executive Management with actions needed to deliver on budget.
Develop and maintain the key customer base in each country.
Ensure all actions in region are consistent with building a strong PR brand equity and position the region for continuous growth.
Equally and frequently present in all territories across the region and well informed about market situation and opportunities.
P/L responsible for Asia/Pacific.
What you need
Fluent in English and in Chinese.
5 years of senior management experience.
Willingness to reside in general Shanghai area.
Extensive travelling – able to work in a global team of professionals.
Proven distance leadership and ability to drive and motivate employees.
Diploma in sales and business administration, ie. MBA.
Desired skills and expertise:
Documented success in Asia/Pacific market for process instrumentation.
Experience in operating in a global context and documented ability to implement global initiatives locally.
M.Sc or Diploma in Electrical/Process Engineering.
