Main Responsibilities /Accountabilities / Tasks
Acting as a risk advisor to Operations business teams by providing recommendations for effective mitigation of existing and emerging operational risk.
Responsible for Operations department’s BCP arrangement and execution.
Establish and revise Operations internal control related assessment, monitoring and reporting policy and procedure.
Designing, overseeing and executing the regular Operations internal control assessment for different areas.
As Operations contact point, centralized management Operations cooperation tasks with Compliance, Audit and ORM.
Other duties and responsibilities reasonably understood to fall within the function of Operations Control that is assigned by supervisors.
Academic Background(degree and major)
-University graduate degree
Working Experience /Technical Skills & Know how
Minimum 10 years experience in banking Operation or risk control area.
Knowledge of China banking regulation matters especially in operations area.
Good understanding of Operations internal control
Skills & Competencies
Strong self-learning ability
Good pressure undertaker. Can work under high pressure and stick to the goal setup at beginning. When facing difficult or challenge, be capable to complete task under rules.
Language Skills
-Fluent in English both writing and speaking
Computer Skill
-Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
