Client: Top Pharmaceutical company

Country: China Shanghai ( business trip required)

Years of Experience:
External Manufacturing in company assures patients have safe and efficacious drug products through quality oversight of contract manufacturers and business partners.
The Sr. Quality Manager will initially focus on launching products from the new partnership between company and Partner, but the role could extend to future partners in China.

? The Quality Manager will lead the creation of internal quality systems and processes for the new External Manufacturing - China group.
? This will include batch disposition and product testing, validation, Change Management, Deviation Management, Periodic reviews , Auditing, Complaints Management and Document Control.
? The individual will lead staff hiring and the department's daily workload planning and performance management.

Qualifications:

? 5 years experience in Quality with a Multi-national pharmaceutical company
? English capabilities sufficient to negotiate and influence in a global environment
? Must be able to travel regularly to Nantong and periodically to other domestic and international locations.
? Demonstrated supervisory skills, including coaching, developing personnel, achieving results through people
? Significant leadership success in prioritization, implementation, relationship building and networking
? Demonstrated decision-making ability


Mandatory Languages: English Fluent
