Our client is a Hong Kong based international IT solutions and services provider with presences in Singapore, Malaysia, China They are looking for a National Sales Head to support China business growth and organization expansion.
The jobholder will be responsible for sales of solutions to existing clients and new clients on system integrations, security systems, telecom systems, servers, networking, services and etc. The jobholder has choice to station in Beijing or Shanghai or Guangzhou.
Job Description :
- Build and develop a comprehensive sales strategy and business plan within China region and defined set of accounts to achieve sales target;
- Supervise a group of sales team within China region to generate revenue with new and existing accounts;
- Build and extend customer relationships to increase company’s visibility and drive business solutions;
- Maintain and develop relationship with prospective and current clients to foster lead generation, pipeline development, and deal execution; leveraging both local partners and local contacts;
- Develop and lead the execution of a marketing plan targeted at building China region business;
- Identify opportunities for new business, expansion into untapped markets and communicate resource needs to address these opportunities to group of sales team;
- Other tasks will include sales plan reviews, forecasting reviews, and sales review with the sales management team.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- University degree holder or above in relevant discipline;
- At least 8 years of relevant sales experience in mainland China and HK of China with not less than 5 years sales team management is required;
- Proven sales track record of success in building a business with new and existing accounts is highly preferred;
- Existing relationships with several target customers in region, and proven ability to leverage personal network to develop new relationships;
- Experience in both start-up and larger technology companies is a plus;
- Must have excellent people skills/influencing ability and effective in develop and extend strong business relationships.
