A dynamic North American boutique law firm is looking for a hardworking and serious legal secretary.

The candidate should have worked in an international environment, speak and write English and Chinese (Mandarin) fluently. We prefer a candidate with an experience at a law firm and who are familiar with Bill4Time and Net Documents.

Speaking another language such as French, German or Spanish and being qualified in another jurisdiction is a big plus.

The candidate must expect to work according to standards of the international law firm, including working long hours, able to deal with deadlines AND work independently without supervision from the managing partner by taking initiative.
