—Production quality responsibility 生产过程质量职责：
1.Manage production quality, prepare quality control document, such as control plan train and evaluate QC;
管理生产质量，准备质量控制文件，如控制计划、培训及评估质量检验员等；
2.Lead internally nonconformity control and handling, participate QRQC for product quality analysis and improvement;
主导内部不合格品控制处理，参加QRQC，分析及改进产品质量；
3. Lead customer complaint handling, analysis and improvement, respond according to customer and SNOP requirement, build good relationship with customer;
主导客户投诉处理，分析及改进，按照客户及斯诺浦要求回复，与客户建立良好的关系；
4. Work with project team to make sure project green launch, support to prepare PPAP/ etc.
与项目部门合作，制定和准备PPAP 文件等，保证项目顺利量产。

—Supplier quality responsibility供应商质量职责：
1.Perform and follow up supplier process audits, follow and validate supplier sample parts and supplier PPAP;
实施和跟踪供应商过程审核, 跟踪和认可供应商样件和PPAP；
2. Implement incoming quality instructions (IQC), manage the incoming quality Jail, manage product quality assurance (PQA), Follow supplier products deviation;
实施来料检查指导，管理来料不合格区，管理PQA，跟踪供应商的偏差；
3.Manage the administrative aspect of supplier non conformities, evaluate analysis , actions communicated by supplier and validate efficiency. Participate to the supplier continuous improvement;
管理供应商不符合，评价供应商的分析和改善，并且验证有效性. 参与供应商的持续改进；
4.Manage internal procedures and instructions linked to its process.
管理公司内部涉及供应商管理的流程和作业指导。

—其它职责：
1.Support to build ISO/TS16949 quality system;
支持ISO/TS16949质量体系的建立；
2.Shall be responsible for other duties, which may be instructed from time to time by the company.
按时完成上级要求的相关工作。


Recruitment Requirements：
1.Associate degree or above，majoring in science is preferred;
大专以上学历，理工科专业尤佳；
2.At least 3 years working experience in production quality area of automotive, stamping and welding experience will be perfect, supplier management experience is plus;
至少3年汽车零配件行业的生产过程质量领域的工作经验，有冲压及焊接经验尤佳，有供应商管理经验尤佳；
3.Familiar with quality tool and problem solving method;
熟悉质量管理工具及解决问题方法；
4.Strong in developed knowledge in Quality plant management and customer relations;
熟悉工厂质量管理和客户关系处理；
5.Ability to grow SNOP Guangzhou in accordance with the company’s values: Professionalism, Transparency, Ambition, Respect, Trust and Profitability;

6.Good organization ability, good command of English language.
