职责范围：
1. 通过与资本市场专业人士及基金经理有效的合作和协商，建立牢固可靠的合作关系；
2. 能与证券公司等机构合作，开展投资银行业务;
3. 能从多种渠道收集资料，对特定项目及行业开展研究和分析;
4. 与内部团队成员和外部合作伙伴密切合作，以确保投资计划顺利执行和贯彻;
5. 参与权益资本市场（ECM）的产品，包销，配售，安排路演及执行尽职调查工作;

任职要求：
1. 拥有大学本科学历，会计学，经济学或财务或同等学历;
2. 具备金融行业工作经验;
3. 出色的沟通与协调能力;
4. 勤奋，注重细节，团队合作能力和卓越，愿意出差;
5. 有良好的中英文书写功底及基本英语口语能力，粤语优先。

Responsibilities:
1. required to build strong working relationships with ECM professionals and fund managers through effective deal structuring and negotiation;
2. required to develop a book of business and build relationships with referral partners for the investment bank;
3. Sector and client research from multiple sources;
4. Close collaboration with internal team member and external partners to ensure smooth execution and follow through;
5. involving in Equity Capital Market (ECM) works, underwriting, placing, arranging road shows and performing due diligence works;

Requirements:
1. Prefer Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, economics or Finance or equivalent;
2. Prior financial Industry working experience will be an advantage;
3. Good communication skills and coordination ability ;
4. Demonstrated hardworking, attention to detail, ability to work in teams and a commitment to excellence and willing to travel;
5. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Cantonese is a plus.
