Position SH009: Financial Controller-Mainland China中国大陆区财务总监
Location: Shanghai Office 工作地点：上海

Report to: Country’s Managing partner and partner in charge of ERP implementation

Financial Controller

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Act as a key business partner to executive management, providing them with sound financial advice
Responsible for the financial management of the operation, exercise control over reporting and cash flow processes, manage the budgetary and forecast cycles and provide direction on tax planning
Responsible business performance review and analysis
Responsible for financial reporting and budgeting at Mainland level
Organize the information flow and shares expertise within the team
Lead and develop the financial and accounting team to maintain a highly devoted team
Ensure accounting procedures are properly applied in compliance with legislation in force
Ensure the accuracy of regulatory reporting and the compliance of relevant rules and regulations under the local and group requirements
Organize regular review of policies and procedures to cope with changes in internal and regulatory requirements and perform regular audit to ensure proper implementation
Implementation and leading of ERP(NetSuite)

Job Requirement:

Bachelor Degree
Minimum 5 years experience in the accounting, finance, or audit field preferably with an international company
A deep understanding of the accounting principles (IFRS and Chinese GAAP)
Computer literate and familiar with several accounting applications, especially ERP systems (Netsuite, SAP, KingDee, U8…)
Certificate of professional accountant
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Good communication and analytical skills
Good understanding of the business flows and profitability drivers
Effective planning and organizational skills
Leadership potentials, a strong team player
Proactive attitude with proven ability to implement solutions to problems
Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines


中国大陆区财务总监

汇报对象：玛泽中国执行合伙人及负责EPR实施合伙人

主要职责：
担任执行管理层的关键商业伙伴，为他们提供完备的财务建议
负责运营的财务管理，控制现金流及报告程序，管理预算，预测周期，提供税务规划的方向
负责企业绩效审核与分析
负责大陆区的财务报告及预算
组织信息流，与团队成员分享专业技能
领导并发展财会团队，保持团队的高度专注投入
确保会计程序的应用恰当遵守相应法规
确保在本地和集团要求下法定报告的准确性以及相关规章制度的合规性
定期审核政策及程序，应对内部及法定要求的变动，进行定期审计，确保恰当执行
执行并领导ERP系统（NetSuite)）

岗位要求：
本科学历
拥有五年以上会计、财务或审计经验，有跨国公司工作经验者优先考虑
精通会计准则（国际财务报告准则和中国公认会计准则）
懂电脑、熟悉多种会计应用，特别是ERP系统（Netsuite, SAP, KingDee, U8…）
持有专业会计证书
中文母语，英语流利
沟通分析能力良好
对商业走向及盈利驱动具备良好的理解能力
高效的规划组织能力
具备领导潜力，是一名强劲的团队成员
实力突出且态度积极地执行问题的解决方案
能够在压力下工作并应对严格的截止期限
