Position SH011: Junior Accountant - Finance department 初级财务/会计助理
Location: Shanghai Office工作地点：上海
Type of employment: Full-time/Trainee雇佣类型：全职
Report to: Line manager汇报关系：部门财务经理

Job Responsibility & Accountability

Your day to day role will include the preparation of:
Deal with banks, proceed payments
Prepare and following up with AR regularly
Manage invoices to clients( VAT Fapiao issuing and sending)
Manage Staff expense reimbursement
Assistance in preparing report for management review
Maintain ERP system
Other tasks assigned

Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting
One year experience in Accounting filed
Computer literate with familiarity of accounting applications
Competent in both written and spoken English
Eager to develop both existing and new skills for a successful career
Proactive attitude with ability to both identify and find solutions to problems
Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Certificate of professional accountant is a plus

日常工作职责包括:
管理银行和现金,安排应付款项
定期地维护应收帐款及催款
发票开具及管理
员工报销管理
维护ERP系统
其他分配的任务

职位要求:
财会相关专业本科或以上学历
在会计领域有至少1年的工作经验，拥有跨国公司经验的优先考虑
优秀的英语书面和口头表达能力
良好的计算机应用能力，特别是微软办公软件
态度积极，有能力发现和解决问题
有一定的抗压能力及时间管理能力
持有专业会计证书的优先考虑
