职位描述
Our client is one of the global leaders in flavour and Fragrance industry, their client covers various industries including food and beverage, home care, beauty care etc.
You will report to Plant Operations Manager and be a talent pipeline to Operations Manager. You need to lead a team of 20-30 people and be responsible for setting the inventory strategy by implementing global planning strategy and securing raw material inventory efficiency. You need to fulfil business and customer requirement to secure the OTP and improve customer satisfaction. Manage warehouse and ensure transaction effectively to ensure security of company’s assets and high inventory accuracy. Manage and monitoring the forwarders’ performance and cost to secure the service target achieved. Import and export: Secure the efficiency of import and export, without violations. Manage and monitor finished goods planning, and daily order scheduling. Focusing on building foundation for continuous improvement culture on efficiency, zero defects and incidents. Focusing on logistic cost improvement – domestic freight cost, export freight cost, import cost, waste treatment, efficiency and productivity of the whole team. Ensuring Health and safety compliance in warehousing, delivery activities, ensure the GRA compliance for delivery and warehousing
Maintain and improve the relationship and liaison with China Customs and related. Government departments; keep monitoring the update of all related government’s policy and updating to operation team. Cooperate and integrate with GP, Technical, Quality for supplier performance improvement. Analyze and improve existing working process to achieve high working efficiency and safe working environment
To have successful application, you must have working experience in Chemical, Fine Chemical, Cosmetics, Personal care or related industries. You need to have proven track record in 2 areas out of Planning, Logistic, Customer service and Import/Export. Good command of English is a must.
