URGENT POSITION!!
Report to: Process Mgr.
Responsibilities:
NEW PRODUCT
- Member of the offer team he participates to the realization of the pre-initiative providing the industrial plant quotation according the RFQ
- Member of the development team he participates to the product conception in accordance with the production process. He creates the contract book with the industrial team.
- Leader of the new product industrialisation, he leads the industrialisation team composed by the different operation departments. He plans with the team the necessary actions for the product industrialisation and next production with the target to respect the different constraint of cost, quality, timing, and especially :

- Choice, set up and validation of the production means respecting the investments budget.

- Realization of the PFMEA (with the support of the industrialisation team), planification and follow-up of the corrective actions.

- Planification and follow-up of the primary parts purchasing.

- Documentation realization (working instruction…).

- Planification follow-up and result (synthesis) of the pre serial.

- Planification, follow-up and results (synthesis) of the serial production.

- Needed corrective actions identification, planification and follow-up in order to reach the quality, cost and timing targets.

- Respect the rules in order to ensure that the process is in line with the environment and security constraints

AFTER SOP PHASE (On going products)

- Industrialisation team leader, the Process Engineer pilot the modification launch according the customer requests or necessary in order to improve the industrial costs (material, MOD) and/or quality.
- participate to the industrialisation in order to analyze the quality defects
- Respect the rules in order to ensure that the process is in line with the environment and security constraints


Qualification


Qualification / required experience

- Engineer degree, Master degree or equivalent
- At least 3 years work experience in project management or product industrialization
- Familiar with the automotive industry
- Familiar with automotive quality standard
