Responsibilities:

Support the plant to solve product related issue using R&D technical expertise.
Support project team to implement Engineering Changes.

Support project team for root cause analyze.

Support QA team for warranty issue.

Support the R&D team in the Design Center to identidy potential cost reduction for the product.
Act as contact window to other department in the plant.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above

Basic knowledge of CATIA V5 and VPM.
Good english communication.
Familiar with Automotive industry process and norm ( TS16941, ISO 9001 , APQP).
Good understanding of Tolerance stack up, measurement and gauge.
Strong technical background in plastic injection and metal stamping.
Good understanding of manufacturing process ( assembly line process, ...)
Good understanding of root cause analyze tool ( 8D, Six sigma,...)

Good team spirit and positive attitude
Ability to communication with cross function team
Ability to work under high pressure.
Ability to provide clear information and detail report to project team member.
Capable of taking fast decision.
