Job Title: General Manager Assistant

Job Description:
1.Assist the General Manager to make the strategic plans for the enterprise development and the annual operation, and to make target decomposition of different stages;
2.Assist the General Manager to draw up the work summary of each stage as well as other formal documents;
3.Assist the General Manager to handle the internal routine business and to coordinate the relationship between departments;
4.Implement the management theories of the General Manager and build up and perfect various rules and regulations as well as the management workflow. Be responsible for the relevant supervision, implementation and tracking;
5.Be responsible for the reception of the VIP visitors and the arrangement of cars, meals and accommodation;
6.Participate, engineer and assist other departments to organize the important activities under the instruction of the General Manager;
7.Write the meeting minutes for GM conferences, symposiums and so on. Follow up the implementation of the meetings, adjust the deviation during the implementation and assist each department to solve problems coming up during the practice;
8.Accomplish other temporary tasks assigned by the General Manager.

Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree above, enterprise management, business management, administrative management, economics majors;
2.Good command of English and fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
3.Good ability in organizing, coordinating, communicating, leadership and interpersonal communications as well as social activities. Possession of keen insight. Strong ability in judgment and analysis, plan and implementation. Good team work spirit. Be reliable with honesty, integrity and affinity. Good ability in independent work and public relations；
4.Be familiar with office software and the relevant HR software
