主要职责：
1.Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques in designing RF connectors, plus have working knowledge of other related fields. Familiarity with the use of electromagnetic simulation software would be an advantage.
能够灵活应用射频连接器件设计的基本原则，理论，概念和技术，并拥有相关领域的其他应用知识。精通电磁模拟软件操作者优先。
2.Contributes to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives. Failure to achieve resuls or erroneous judgments of recommendations may require the allocation of additional resources to correct and/or achieve project goals
能够完成项目并实现企业目标。如项目无法完成或对建议有误判，须安排其他资源予以纠正并/或达到该目标。
3.Primarily intra-organizational with occasional inter-organizational and external customer contacts on routine matters.
负责就基本事宜与企业内，企业间及外部客户的联络工作。
4.Provide resolutions to an assortment of problems of moderately complex scope. Uses judgement within defined practices and procedures.

职位要求：
1.Minimum BS. Preference for MS or PhD；preference is RF/EM field of study, strong preference for Antenna study. Should have sound theoretical and practical knowledge of microwaves and electromagnetics
理工类本科以上学历，硕士或博士优先考虑；从事射频/电磁学研究者优先，天线研究人员尤佳。应具备微波及电磁学的理论及实践知识。
2.Must have at least 1 year of experience designing Base Station Antennas or other antennas and be able to work in a high-pressure environment.
须有一年以上基站天线或其他天线的设计工作经验，能承受一定的工作压力。
3.Experience designing other RF devices (e.g. filters, amplifiers) would be desirable.
有设计其他射频设备者（如滤波器，放大器）优先考虑。
4.Good innovative or original thinking;
较强的创新思维
5.Project management experience, team management experience;
拥有项目及团队管理经验。
