岗位职责
1、跟踪订单的生产进度，安排产品的发货；
2、负责公司订单的收集，并转交给各个相应的供应商，跟进报关等；

3、负责跟踪供应商对订单的生产情况，及时发现问题，并上报负责人；
4、负责对帐及催收货款工作；
5、组织进行客户投诉或退货的处理，并将结果反馈给办事处或客户。

任职资格
1、大专及以上学历，国际贸易类相关专业；
2、2年以上相关领域跟单操作工作经验
3、熟悉贸易跟单操作流程，了解相关供应市场；
4、具备较强的英语能力及电脑操作技巧；
5、具有团队精神，较强的沟通、谈判能力，责任心强。
