Position Summary: Overall responsible for plant operations to meet Quality/Cost/Delivery requirement

Supervises: Production; Maintenance; Process Quality; Warehouse/Planner

Preferred Education and Experience:
· 7+ years Manufacturing Operations experience with 3+ years on manager role, preferably within the automotive industry
· Bachelor degree in Engineering or Manufacturing or related field,
· Knowledge/experience in mechanical industry in TS 16949 environment, robotic welding industry is a plus
· Knowledge/experience with Lean Manufacturing System
· Experience with start-up phase of SME is a plus
· ERP experience.
· Fluent oral and written capability in Mandarin and English

Duties include, but not limited to, the following:
· Work with Kunshan HR to build up the team for Guangzhou plant.
· Lead and work with start-up team to ramp up new facility as scheduled smoothly with support from Kunshan Plant.
· Lead and work with start-up team to ramp up new programs to meet customer milestones and internal launch process with support from Kunshan Plant
· Lead production and quality team to drive daily manufacturing excellence to meet customer quality/delivery requirement and plant KPIs by implementing Lean production system and quality controls system.
· Lead and work with technical leaders to maintain main capital in good condition and set up stock room to minimized unplanned machine downtime.
· Lead warehouse team and planner to control inventory of goods and establish clear info flow with Kunshan plant
· Implement safety and communication programs to secure a safe/ high morale plant team.
· Maintain proper usage of ERP system to reflect real-time and accurate info on production/quality/material/equipment.
· Responsible for managing all aspects of facility to achieve KPI target and completion of strategic initiatives
· Establish transparent and smooth information flow with all relevant deps in Kunshan plant.
