Responsibilities:

• Supervise service providers in order to ensure high quality.
• Give technical seminars e-communications systems and service procedures to service providers.
• Collect market product quality data to help improve the quality and make service cost reduced.
• Perform periodical market inspections on work quality and spare parts integrity.
• Provide technical support to the service network when needed.
• Participate and assists sales colleagues to commercial proposal to customers
• Others assigned.

Requirements:

• College or above with good English and computer skill
• 5+ years’ customer service working experience in home appliances field.
• Good service consciousness with customer oriented.
• Good analytical & numerical skills and capable of finding potential problems
• Good skills in communication and cooperation with team member
• Proactive and capable of working under high tension.
