工作职责：

1. 根据市场推广需求，领导15人团队为集团及其旗下各品牌整合全方位创意方案,包括:互动、平面设计、空间布置、活动布展、集团宣传片等。

2. 监督控管集团整体VI视觉形象及子品牌形象，标准化并逐步提升设计类产品、网站、线上传播、集团各种刊物的美感、品质。

3. 参与编制创意设计相关费用预算，参与供应商评估，在每个创意项目中做好成本控制、质量控制，配合项目经理做好时间控制。

4. 提升团队成员工作效率和工作能力，营造积极的团队氛围。

任职要求：

1. 平面设计、美术等相关专业，本科以上学历。

2. 10年以上平面设计、三维空间及互动设计项目管理经验， 4A公司/广告公司工作经历者优先考虑。

3. 具有过硬的平面、三维空间及互动方面的设计能力及美术品味。

4. 良好的职业道德和操守，较强的管理及决策能力。

5. 良好的协调与沟通能力。

6. 较高的主动性及良好的学习精神，能积极发掘新事物,学习及培训他人新技术的应用。

7. 较好的中英文口语沟通及书写能力。
