职位描述
岗位职责:
1、负责市场调研和需求分析;
2、负责年度销售的预测,目标的制定及实施;
3、确定销售部门目标体系和销售配额;
4、制定销售计划和销售预算;
5、负责销售渠道和客户的管理;
6、组建销售队伍,培训销售人员;
7、评估销售业绩,建设销售团队。
任职资格:
1、专科及以上学历,市场营销,精细化工等相关专业;
2、有3-5年以上化妆品原料销售工作经验,熟悉化妆品原料及原料销售管理者优先;
3、具有丰富的客户资源和客户关系,业绩优秀;
4、具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力,分析和解决问题的能力,具备一定的领导能力;
5、有较强的事业心,具备一定的领导能力;
6、有良好的人际沟通能力,英语语言运用能力强。
工作时间:
周一至周五
Job responsibilities
1> Responsible for the research and demand analysis of market
2> Responsible for the annual sales forecast, the setting of annual target and implementation
3> To determine the target system and sales quotas for Sales Dept.
4> To work out the sales plan & budget
5> Responsible for the management of marketing channel and clients
6> To form the sales force and to train the sales staff
7> To evaluate sales performance and to build sales team
Job Qualification
1> Major in Fine Chemistry, Marketing Management or any other related industry with College Degree or above
2> Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in cosmetic raw material sales, candidate with familiarity of this industry or of raw material sales preferred
3> Possessing rich clients resources & relationships
4> Strong capability of market analysis, marketing management, promotion skills, very good interpersonal communication, coordination ability, analysis and problem solving skills, a certain degree of leadership
5> Strong sense of professionalism
6> Strong command of English language
Working Time
Monday to Friday
