Major responsibilities:

1. International freight and domestic shipment arrangement – freight rate inquiry, booking, documents preparation, filing etc.
2. Customs clearance and CIQ inspection coordination.
3. Monitor import/export/domestic transport status to make sure cargo handling is done in timely manner.
4. Communicate with Sales/Account Managers within the group to gather all related information and pass dispatch information to production and warehouse.
5. Collect logistic cost invoices and/or cost info. from the logistic suppliers in timely manner; check forwarder’s billing and submit payment request report according to financial process.
6. Freight cost control and saving opportunities finding.
7. Other assignments by the manager.

Education background/Qualifications:
- College degree or above.

Working experience:
- At least 5 years related experience.
- Good command of English and PC Skill Familiar with the regulations and procedures of Customs & CIQ.
- Well understanding of international freight and domestic transportation, can handle international & domestic shipment independently, solid experience in dealing with the freight forwarders, customs brokers, etc.
