Responsibilities:
? Check inventory and open PO status and propose PO quantity upon receiving Stock Request or Sales Order from account managers;
? Place PO according to the request of Junior Purchasing Manager, send PO to suppliers after internal confirmation and authorization;
? Push material suppliers for on time delivery. Report to production team for any material delay. Communicate with material suppliers for improving delivery date;
? Check and maintain Exact to make sure the Open PO status is always matching with the reality. Monthly review to balance the reality with Exact info;
? Other office jobs designated by Junior Purchasing Manager.

Qualifications Required:
? College or above;
? Good English both in writen and orally ;
? Familiar with ERP system and purchasing procedure, Exact System experience is a plus;
? Initiative, responsible, smart and good at communication;
? One year or above working experience in multinational company (Good undergraduate can be considered).
