Overview:
SEO Manager is in charge of handling the SEO operations for the brand(s) assigned. She/ he will work in alignment with the SEO vendor as well as internal digital team to deliver all SEO requirements. The role will involve working on China’s largest FMCG advertiser and will provide exposure and involvement in the overall digital operations of the brand(s) assigned.
Responsibility:
The job will require you to
? Identify SEO opportunities and put together SEO proposals for client meetings in partnership with digital teams.
? Setting up, tracking and controlling SEO campaigns across multiple platforms.
? Managing keyword research and on-page optimization specifically related to Chinese language content.
? Initiating, monitoring and managing link acquisition strategies and SEO related content distribution activities
? Develop, analyze and report on overall SEO program success with regard to keyword ranking, indexed pages, backlinks, etc.
? Perform competitive analysis to help drive future Search Engine strategies.
? Experience in manage external SEO vendors to ensure smooth delivery
? Driving SEO alongside SEM goals to drive the benefits of holistic Search approach and improving ROI and delivering set KPIs
? Working closely with the multiple parties in client side and internal side to ensure the effectiveness of project operations as well as project delivery goals.
Requirements:
? At least 4-5 years SEO management and hand-on experience of both onsite and offsite SEO mechanism
? Excellent knowledge of the search engine industry, search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
? Excellent knowledge of web analytics and paid search bid optimization tools.
? Certification in the area of SEM (Google advertising Professional).
? Strong copywriting skills.
? Fluency on all onsite elements (CSS, XML Sitemaps, Canonical Tags etc) and basic HTML skill
? Experience in web analytic tools and measurement techniques.
? The ability to create reports; understands return on investment; and select relevant data for analysing future actions.
? Highly numerate with good attention to detail.
? Good communication skills in both Chinese and English and an excellent team player.
