Major Job Functions & Responsibilities（主要工作职责） :

1) To lead the textile team for all quality inspection assignments for hard and soft goods as textile, clothing, bathroom ware, fabric, metal,, wooden products.
负责管理分配纺织品的质量检测工作，包括衣服、浴室用品、纺织品、金属品和木质品
2) To coordinate, develop and support the quality inspection work for our high end brands and to in charge of the textile QC team.
负责整合、开发和管控高端品牌的质量检测，以及管理纺织品的QC团队。
3) To plan, implement and manage the testing requirements for the luxury brands of this company.
负责制定、推行和管理公司高端品牌纺织品的检测要求。
4) To evaluate, identify and advise all safety/risk factors from the stage of product development to final production and to fix the inspection criterion when and where required.
在产品从原料到成品的生产过程中，负责评估、鉴定所有的风险因素，并提出建议，确定检测标准。
5) To conduct product testing/quality checking and resolve quality issues at factories, warehouse, office etc based on the company quality standard and information and product specification fixed for the brands.
根据公司的质量标准和固定的品牌产品规格指导进行产品测试、质量检测和解决质量问题。
6) To help to train inspectors in aspects of quality inspections and to give guidelines on product inspection & compliance with international standard and certificates requirements.
协助对质检员进行质量检测培训并对产品检测提出指导方针，遵从公司的执业标准和要求。
7) To undertake quality inspection work and container loading supervision in line with inspection orders that scheduled and to undertake any ad hoc quality inspection job as assigned by the Quality Manager and Planner.
在规定的质检程序中负责质量检测和装柜的监督工作，负责完成质检经理和计划员指定的临时质检工作。
8) To train inspector to draft and prepare inspection/audit reports and to record all details in accordance with audit procedures and inspection results.
负责指导质检员起草和准备质检报告并记录所有的审核程序和检测结果。
9) To support and assist any quality problem solving and to support solutions formulation in relating to quality assurance and audit
支持并协助解决质量问题，协助制定相关的质量审计方案。
10) To conduct factory/vendor quality audit and to prepare and draft assessment report.
负责评审工厂和供应商资质，提交评估报告。
11) Frequently business trip within and outside PRC is required.
需要经常在国内外出差。


Requirements（任职要求）:
1) Diploma holder or equivalent degree in textile is required.
全日制大专以上学历，纺织类专业优先考虑
2) Effective oral and written communication skills in Mandarin & English
具有良好的国语和英语的口头和书写能力
3) Good understand of high quality fabric/clothing/bathroom ware items with a minimum of 5 years experience in quality audit and control of high quality/luxury brands for Europe markets
５年以上欧洲市场高端品牌的质量管理检验，精通高端品牌的纺织品、衣服和浴室用品。
4) Candidate with experience also in high quality porcelain items is preferred
具有高品质瓷器检验工作经验优先考虑
5) Familiar with textile import requirements for Europe market and has experience in supervising and leading of the quality audit team with good knowledge in AQL standard, etc
熟悉欧洲市场纺织品的进口要求，精通AQL标准，具有质检管理经验
6) Good computer knowledge & MS applications (Word, Excel).
精通电脑知识和软件(Word, Excel).
