Responsibility
Provide efficiency and professional problem resolution to internal users in Documentation Center and S. China office

Job Duties
- Provide front line end user Technical support
- Coordination / communication with second level Technical support in HK
- On-site visit to other South China locations, mainly in Guangdong
- Support and Administration for network and email access.
- Weekend roster to support or system maintenance.
- On-call support outside of office hours is required
- Responsible for logging service calls and maintain IT Asset records

Requirements
- Tertiary Education in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
- Fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua
- Good knowledge in MS Windows, MS Office, MS Outlook, Lotus Notes, TCP/IP,Active Directory.

- Technical skills in hardware / software installation
- 1 year relevant working experience, fresh graduate may also be considered for junior position.

- Responsible, punctual, dependable, and organized with excellent trouble-shooting abilities
- Customer-oriented , hardworking & self-motivated.
