Job Summary and Mission
This position will perform the assistant function to QA Director in coordinating with many different parties including Construction Management Services companies (CMC), Jian Li监理, Contractors, local administrative organizations, Shendi - Shanghai Disney Resort’s joint venture partner and its Contractors, including, meeting coordination, record keeping, documents preparation, translation, etc.
Responsibilities
The position will support QA Director during project construction period. Primary responsibilities include but not limited to,
· Data gathering and filing of all project QAQC related documentations
· Translation and interpretation of QAQC related documentations, laws and regulations, correspondence, etc.
· Coordination with meetings, logistics and travels
· Liaison with different project parties based in the States and China
· Support of follow-up of QAQC related issues/actions
Skills and Experience:
· Have 5 years or above similar working experience with a Bachelor degree or above
· Possess similar working experience in construction/engineering company or project management company; engineering back ground is preferred.
· Excellent administrative, communication and organizational skills required
· Good report writing and data analytical skill
· Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize assignments and work well under pressure
· Must be able to take initiative and determined to work
· Good interpersonal skills, able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
· Good bilingual skills, translation and interpretation from English to Chinese and vice versa
· Keenness on cultural differences among business partners and be able to bridge the cultural gap between US and Chinese partners.
· Computer and Internet proficiency in Chinese and English software required, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
