RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report to the VP, Counsel
- Serve as a member of the in-house legal team of Shanghai Disney Resort
- Draft and review contracts and other legal documents on behalf of different lines of business within Shanghai Disney Resort
-Provide legal support to different lines of business by advising on a broad range of legal issues including, in particular, real estate and leasing, intellectual property and data privacy, and such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by VP, Counsel

REQUIREMENTS
- PRC-qualified lawyer with at least 6 years of PQE
- Solid corporate commercial experience gained in top-tier law firm or in-house role, with solid experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas: real estate and leasing, intellectual property and data privacy. Strong academic background with good commercial sense
- Excellent communication skills and strong legal drafting skills
- Motivated and be able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
