Responsibilities
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to lead the strategic development and implementation of key employment marketing strategies for the Walt Disney Company-Greater China. This important role will lead the development and implementation of employer branding, lead generation, community outreach and college marketing components to drive highly qualified applicant flow to meet the needs of our business. This position leads the execution of marketing and recruitment strategies to ensure we are able to meet our hiring requirements for significant business growth in the coming years. This individual must also have the ability to develop internal and external relationships and have the ability to integrate with key stakeholders when developing and implementing key initiatives.
This critical role will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, inclusive of advertising, media and social, which would support recruitment for all business areas within Greater China.
· Develop strong business relationships with key Disney partners throughout the organization.
· Work closely with key vendors in the management, prioritization and implementation of key elements of the broader marketing strategy.
· Oversee and effectively manage significant marketing budgets
· Leverage technology to enhance the candidates experience while broadening reach and driving process/efficiency improvements.
· Contribute to the quality of hire objectives through the rigorous implementation of creative sourcing strategies that will reach and capture a diverse audience
· Develop and maintain all creative assets and elements including our career website, flyers, brochures and other recruitment material.
· Lead the development of innovative, sustainable and business aligned strategies
· Partner with internal and external marketing sources to stay aware and educated on innovative and creative marketing tools and practices in the industry.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent; master's Degree preferred
· Project management skills, attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
· Problem solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills
· Ability to analyze and draw marketing implications from research and other data sources
· Ability to evaluate creative marketing concepts
· Proven leadership experience
· Partnership and relationship skills
· Strong consultative and interpersonal skills
· Exceptional communication
· Bilingual in Mandarin and English
