Job Summary

Responsible for providing detailed & deep technical knowledge in specific technologies, products &/or services. Responsible for proactive & business minded support for establishment & improvement of business for the respective products or services. Responsible for supporting Key Account Managers in generating & and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by working closely with or as part of the Core3 teams in sales, design & delivery of customer projects, & in technical problem solving to translate identified opportunities into detailed technical offering, & proposals.

Responsibilities & Tasks

· Solution presales for Cloud and SDN solution to support key accounts in reaching sales targets. Major activities include:

o Act as TSME and advise various internal, partner, and customer teams on Ericsson solution

o Development of customer centric offerings based on Ericsson portfolio and 3rd-party products.

o Solution/product marketing, including customer workshops and meetings, to lobby and influence customers to favor Ericsson’s offerings.

o Solution proposal development for tendering, including solution description documents, SoC (Statement of Compliance), BoM (Bill of Materials), SoW (Scope of Work).

o High-level network/system planning, dimensioning.

o Managing customer solution roadmaps and customer product lifecycles.

o Driving product management to prioritize customer requirements as input to product roadmaps, including generating of detailed feature request documents as references for product management and development units.

· Supports rollout/optimization project execution and post-sales support activities

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

· B.S or M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or Computer Science.

· At least 5 years of experience in SDN and Cloud infrastructure, covering solution/product sales, planning/design, optimization, or network engineering/operations.

· Communicates effectively with leadership and team members to define project scope of work and outputs and phased approaches to achieving customer's business objectives.

· Understanding of SP WAN and network peering technologies and architectures

· Deep knowledge of cloud technology & eco-system such as: SDN, NFV, Hypervisors, Cloud management and orchestration systems

· Solid technical background of cloud/XaaS software architectures including applications built on cloud technologies such as OpenStack, AWS, Hadoop, etc.

· Large scale cluster or cloud systems modeling, performance analysis, and capacity planning experience. Modeling and benchmarking customer experience with varied services and usage patterns across wired, wireless, and mobile devices is ideal.

· Knowledge of Ericsson cloud related portfolio and offering (ECS/ECM/SDN, etc) will be a plus

· Chinese speaking is a must, in addition, good command of spoken and written English.
