职位描述
* Implements all sales action plans related to his/her market area asoutlined in the Marketing Plan.
* Establishes and maintains files on major active accounts within his/her market areas.
* Promotes and produces sales leads for other Hilton hotels.
* Provides feedback to the Director of Business Development/Director of Sales on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone and direct mail, in his/her market areas.
* Assist Director of sales to conduct hotel inspection for all walk in, meeting group and contracted clients and plan next step for future follow
* To meet and welcome some top key accounts, group organizer and VIP guests upon check-in.
* Disseminates sales related information to other departments asappropriate.
* Attends all pre-conference meetings, as required, arranged by the Events Sales Department and assists in the preparation of post-conference reports.
* Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficientmanner in accordance with established hotel policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position.
* Establishes and maintains effective team member relations.
* Maintains the highest standards of profession alism, ethics and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients and teammembers.
* Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
* The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at anypoint of time during her / his employment.
