Purpose of the Job
Provide pre-sales support, business analysis for sales department. Be promptly reactive to medical inquiry from sales dept. and proactively recommend sales leads to generate orders. Search, screen, interpret articles, images and other medical data to potential projects, and develop professional judgments on evidence based medicine to satisfy or modify customer demands, or guide the demands with supply. Liasion with internaltional meical societies and publishers regarding cooperation of the program and get permission rights.

Key Result Areas
- Pre-sales medical inquiry management
Handle pre-sales medical inquiry in an accurate, balanced and timely manner for various projects via literature searching and evaluation; provide valuable scientific information and insightful input to enable the development of potential projects;
- Business pre-analysis
Analyze feasibility of potential projects based on relevant evidence; provide appropriate proposals and help sales adjust customer demands to secure orders, or guide the demands with existing resources;
- Global sales leads screening
Sort out sales leads from global and recommend articles for targeted customers/products to boost sales figures;
- Publications monitoring and identification
Proactively monitor the literature for emerging data; identify publications that would be of scientific and business interest, analyze and communicate relevance of information internally periodically.
- International Liasion
Communicate with internaltional meical societies and publishers regarding cooperation of the program and get permission rights.

Functional and Technical Competencies
Be able to work in cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment; identify, summary and present scientific literetures; excellent interpersonal and time managing skills; highly result orientated.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experiences (and any other requirements)
Bachelor or above degree in clinical medicine/medical information/relevant science, plus at least 5 yrs of experience in medical communications/medical writing or editing/medical information/brand marketing organization; knowledge and understanding of various clinical and therapeutic issues, understanding of copyright and regulatory requirements, codes of practice and guidelines in the provision of medical communication services; proficiency in written English especially for medical literature interpretation.
