The purpose is to manage the Asia area from technical support stand point : increase technical knowledge and autonomy of the distributors and help them manage technical issues more efficiently so they can focus on sales in return.
- SERVICE: Day to day technical support (hotline for Q&A, advice / diagnosis) for dealers (back office)
- TRAINING : Training of existing and new dealers (front office)
- SALES & SERVICE : Joint demonstration with Asia partners at customer site. Technical advises & support
