Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up and monitor project schedule to guarantees smooth mass production;
- Identify project risks and make recommendations to minimize them;
- Support supplier, quality, and production department to solve problems in case of quality issues;
- Industrialize and homologate new components for new project;
- Develop and create engineering solutions to meet project target considering cost, schedule and technical requirements;
- Provide regular program status to management;
- Take ad hoc assignments from superior.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with engineering, tooling or mechanical background;
- More than 3 years' experience in project follow up or managment in manfacturing company;
- Familliar with tooling, proficient in 3D software(UG and Auto CAD), good knowledge in stamping tooling and plastic mold, good knowledge in project management;
- Fluent technical English in both oral and written.
