Primary Function
The Product Training Manager (AI) is an international position, reporting to the Manager, Global Product Training (AI). The Product Training Manager is responsible for providing technical training and development support to the sales team. Although the Product Training Manager has a principle responsibility to the region in which they live, there will also be training assignments across the globe, determined by the needs of the SBU globally.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities will encompass, but will not be limited to:
Work collaboratively with the Manager, Global Product Training to continually develop and improve the content and quality of the training materials
Supporting the Regional Sales Managers to develop the technical skills and knowledge of the sales representatives
Collaborate with Product Management in development of training materials.
Providing Training of New Hires
Organizing and taking part in Intermediate and Advanced Representative Training
Training of Employees on Key Products.
Providing training for New Product Launches
To test and certify sales representatives as part of the training and under the direction of the Manager-Global Product Training
Comply with travel and subsistence rules and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
Ensure that COOK’s Code of Conduct is complied with in all business matters carried out on COOK’s behalf.
Qualifications
？ Technical skills.
？ In-depth understanding of key products and key procedures.
？ Training skills.
？ Language Skills - good written and verbal command of English and other relevant languages for China. Mandarin and Simplified Chinese
？ Good communication and inter-personal skills.
？ Good working knowledge of Microsoft® Office.
？ Proven problem-solving skills.
？ Excellent organizational skills.
？ High self-motivation.
Requirements
？ Substantial travel (up to 25% or more) can and will be part of this position.
？ Willingness to attend meetings and exhibitions outside of office hours and at weekends.
？ Current driving licence.
