Key Responsibilities:

1. Process daily T&E and AP transactions in an accurate and timely manner
2. Process cash/bank payment activities.
3. Ensure all AP and reimbursement transactions comply with financial/tax policies, procedures and FCPA.
4. Prepare AP analysis report and account reconciliation
5. Actively participate in the month-end closing
6. Work closely with other team members and be proactively involved in process improvement.
7. Assist internal audit and external audit
8. Other financial and accounting tasks assigned from time to time.

Basic Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance major.
2. CET – 4 or above.
3. Experience in MNC is preferred
4. Excellent computer skills, knowledge about ERP system will be a plus.
5. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. A good and efficient team player, pro-active, motivated, detail-oriented and logically minded.
