职位描述
Job Description;
1. In charge of managing whole warehouse operation activities to meet daily tasks.
2. Ensure all activities follow SOP, 5S and Visual management.
3. Manage and lead the warehouse operation team (Including Temp staffs) and ensure team get enough training and knowledge for their daily work.
4. Make sure team can meet the KPI on daily basis.
5. Monitor the performance of the team and keep improving and optimizing the procedures.
6. Inventory management.
7. Report updating.
Requirements;
1. 4 years university degree;
2. 5+ years warehouse management experience, plus 2+ years supervisory experience with hands-on experience in the use of WMS;
3. Good writing and reading in English.
4. Detailed knowledge of warehouse structure and operations;
5. Excellent communication and computer skills;
6. Warehouse management experience in garment is preferred;
7. Experience in a global logistics company is preferred.
8. Strong leadership.
Working location: Yangshan Free Trade Port Area(浦东临港新城洋山保税港区)
