Primary Responsibilities:

Account -
? Record and calculate all incoming fund and outgoing expense
? Prepare monthly expense report of ZS office
? Budget preparation & control
? Handle local and nation tax on monthly and quarterly basis
? Record all charges due to service providers and cross-check with the statement issued by them
? Record all credit collected by collection agency and ensure that all being remitted to MOL ' a/c
? Follow-up with all outstanding
? Assist Manager in arranging transaction via co bank a/c
? Assist Manager in coordinating with Hong Kong office, MOL China for account matters relating to ZS office
? Issue tax invoice by daily
? Credit statement generation
? Voucher filing

? Assist Manager in the general administration of ZSREP
? Assist Manager in the selection of vendor for ZSREP
? Assist Manager in the enforcement of office regulation
? Ensure the regular supplies of resources for the operation of office
? Office license&Labour contract's renewal

Requirements:
-University graduate
-Computer proficiency and knowledge of software like excel/Words
-Fluent in written & spoken English with CET4 or above
-Good in Mandarin and Cantonese
-1 year related working experience in shipping industry (fresh undergraduates is preferred)
-Pleasant/honest personality, customer-oriented with good communication skill
