职位描述
Responsibility:
l Coach, train and develop CitiPhone Officers’s to effectively align sales capabilities with current and future business needs
l To lead and develop a sales team in the delivery of efficient sales and service excellence, to build and retain a satisfied consumer customer base, ensure the integration of sales and service aligned with policy of Citi.
l Undertake sales quality call coaching & call sampling
l Monitors own and others performance to ensure that targets are achieved on time
l Ensure the safety and security of both customers’ and the bank’s asset by applying and complying with established policies and procedures, and all regulatory requirements
l Collect and direct critical customer feedback to supervisor for product / service / program improvement.
Qualifications:
l College Degree desirable.
l Strong communication skills, sales and results focused.
l Ability to quickly establish and maintain rapport.
l High level of English proficiency, both verbal and non-verbal.
l Able to deal effectively with pressure.
l Solid skills in Microsoft Office, especially EXCEL.
l Previous sales coaching and leadership experience within a Call Centre at least 2 years, and experiencein Banking Industry is preferred.
