Job Description
1. Understand and monitor the status of inventory at all (China) locations within PMI;
2. Develop standard Key Indicator Management Reports to track high level inventory metrics based on business needs;
3. Help local entities to achieve corporate targets for Inventory turns with suggestions, policies and procedures;
4. Work with global purchasing teams to provide them with the information necessary to keep inventory levels to TBD minimum levels and to make operationally strategic purchases;
5. Help to create policies and procedures regarding third-party purchases of items not sourced through normal PMI purchasing channels, to ensure such are inventoried properly;
6. Work with local managers on “Spot Sales” to assist in management of items on hand and in the pipeline;
7. Work with corporate inventory team to ensure company-wide understanding of inventory practices / procedures in Asia;
8. Evaluate trade business inventory compared to distribution business inventory to determine in separate inventory practices / procedures are required for each;
9. Work with Oracle IT staff to develop related Oracle reporting as needed by PMI team members in China; and
10. Other tasks assigned by the superior.

Qualifications requested:
1、University graduate with Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
2、At least 7 years relevant manufacturing accounting working experience in MNC, at least 3 years in supervisory or management position
3、Knowledge of China GAAP
4、Good knowledge in Supply chain management
5、Good spoken and written English & Mandarin
6、Good sense of responsibility, patience, attention to detail and goal-oriented.
7、Team work plus good communication and interpersonal skills
8、Business trips in the region required
