Position Responsibilities
1 responsible for answering customer hotline;
2 responsible for investigating customer satisfaction;
3 to handle customer’s complaint, give suggestions and update customer’s feedback timely, coordinate and solve problems in business cooperation;
4 to settle, analyze, submitted the relative message of customer, and establish the data base, customer archives management;
5 to implement customer oriented enterprise culture construction, responsible for all customer related monitoring, management and services;
6 to support sales, marketing activities;
7 other assigned tasks from leaders.

Qualification and Requirements:
1、2 years or above working experience;
2、University graduates with bachelor degree or above;
3、Good interpersonal, negotiation skills and team-player, proactive, under pressure, dedication.
4、Computer and network knowledge.
5、Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
6、Customer and result oriented, can work under pressure;
7、Quick and careful learner, can work efficiently and effectively;
8、Strong teamwork spirit;
