Purpose of position:
Follow the project procedure, control the capital expenditure and start up expense of each new project. Aware the aim of project launch can be reached (economic result, marketing share or tech. position )

Job Responsibilities:
1.Being the CFO of a project
2.Challenge and support the project teams in every financial aspect of the project
3.Project profitability assessment throughout the project phases (from offer to PDR)
4.Assuring the project profitability target will be reached (Target = minimum RQA level or approved Investment Initiative)
5.Definition, evaluation, implementation and follow up of action plans together with the project team (Current Status vs. Target)
6.Assuring the correctness of the profitability evaluation from financial point of view
7.Assuring the projects are handled according to the company's internal procedures (RQA procedure, pre-Initiatives, Investment initiatives, etc.) from financial point of view
8.Cross referencing the data input vs. other available information (BDG, FRC, BP, Sales DB, etc.)
9.Support the production plant in the preparation of the short, medium and long term planning processes (FRC, BDG, BP)
10.Act as link between the production plant and the group HQ regarding project controlling questions
11.Coordination of the TC/TP creation and up-date during the project lifecyle from RfQ until PDR => being the TC/TP Owner
12.Keeping track of the project's profitability history throughout the project lifecycle using CPD/AL Costing system as tool
13.Assuring that the overall financial framework is respected in terms of
i. Applied rates (hourly rates, exchange rates)
ii. Standard parameters (dynamization of the calculation e.g. PPI, efficiencies, etc.)
iii. Standard allocation methodology
iv. Correct assessment of taxes/duties, country specific requirements
14.ACT costs/revenues follow up monitoring
i. Tooling costs/income
ii. R&D costs (hours/costs)/income
iii. Specific Investments/customer contribution
iv. Start-up extra costs

Job Requirements:
1.University degree major in Engineering or Business Management;
2.Minimum 2 years relevant working experience as process engineer or costing engineer in Manufacturing Company;
3.Understanding financial reporting, management finance, knowing Tax laws and regulations;
4.Familiar with MS-Office packages;
5.A member of teamwork and excellent apprehensibility
6.Good command of English both in spoken and written;
7.Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;

Training:
1.Well know Products, related machine and equipment
2.Well understand Offer approval procedure and Initiative procedure
3.Well understand initiative format, LIM approval process and application
4.Communication & other relevant trainings based on the job requirements
