Purpose of position 职 位 定 义：
Responsible for SW development of product.负责产品软件部分的开发.　　　　
　　　　　　　　　　
RESPONSIBILITY 职 位 描 述：
1.Work with MM SW and project team to achieve SW development targets　　　　　
2.Develop software module for automotive embedded products (design + coding + unit testing)　　　　
3.Exchange SW development solution in SW team and report the SW manager for project development　　
4.Write SW technical documents to keep SW development in tracking　　　　　
5.Have some knowledge in SW engineering methodology　　　　　　
6.Capable of doing software module integration locally　　　　　　　
7. For each project, interface with the other SW designers (Italy, in English) and with HW designer　　
8.Participate to the feasability studies, design and validation of the projects　　　　　
9. Collects and shares knowledge of design best practice through intranet updates, readings, and presentations for 　　　　　　　　　
designers, engineers and managers across the company　　　　　　
10. Responsible for the accuracy of the design/improvement work & its timely implementation into production　　
11. Designs tools for existing product that meets specifications, quality, time & cost targets.　　　　
12. Develop specific product design solutions based on concepts selected for development　　　　
13.Strictly follow the process　　　　　　　　

Job Requirements 岗位要求：　　　　　　　
1. Bachelor degree, major in electronic or with relevant background　　　　　
2. At least 3 year work experiences in industrial SW　　　　　　
3.C language Software design　　　　　　　　
4.Configuration management tool knowledge　　　　　　　
5.At least 3 years embedded SW development experience　　　　　　
6.Fluent English (oral, reading, listening and writing) is mandatory　　　　　
7.Knowledge on CAN/LIN is better　　　　　　　
8.Basic knowledge on HW is better　　　　　　　
9.Synthetic and precise, organized, having a global view on the project　　　　　
10.Good communications skills
